Apart from the Hardware option mentioned below, The LFS Learning Centre has identified software that can enhance the quality of your feed during virtual conferences. We are not able to support these options.

Waves Loudness Meter:

This software allows you to test your audio as it would sound on the video call with better precision. Use this tool to adjust the volume of your microphone for a better sound quality. A good sound quality is essential for a professional call.

Speedtest by Ookla:

Ookla's Speedtest allows you to test the speed of your internet before your call. If there are issues that are noticeable, contingency measures can be planned before the start of your meeting leaving you better prepared for the issues you could face.

iGlasses by ECamm:

iGlasses enhances the video quality for your camera when enhancements are not possible due to poor lighting or other reasons. The software appears as an input device in your Mac OS computers and can be used for effects or enhancements. It additionally allows you to zoom in on your video feed or share images, videos, etc. Use this software for adding professionalism to your video feed with a layer of ease.

Manual Camera - Webcam Control by Apple:

Manual camera allows you to override the automatic settings of your Mac OS computer cameras. This allows you to manually tweak your video feed to ensure that your video quality is appropriate for a professional meeting.

Broadcasting software:

Broadcasting software allows you to utilize multiple screen feeds and video feeds to add greater functionality to your video calls. The following are some of the recommended broadcasting software:
