UBC faculty, staff, and students can be nominated a wide variety of internal and external awards that recognize their hard work and efforts. Killam Teaching Prize | The Killam Teaching Prize is awarded to acknowledge outstanding teaching and learning contributions made by teaching faculty in LFS. | Next Call for Nominations in December 2025 |

OER (Open Educational Resource) Champions | An open education champion is an individual who has made a significant contribution to the use of open educational resources (OER) at UBC Vancouver – this award recognizes the faculty, staff, and administrators who dedicate their time to fostering accessible education at UBC. | 2023 Nominations Closed |
BC Teaching & Learning Council, West Coast Teaching Excellence Awards | The West Coast Teaching Excellence Award celebrates excellence in teaching in publicly-funded colleges, institutes, and universities of British Columbia and the Yukon. | 2023 Nomination Closed |

NACTA Teaching Excellence Award | The NACTA Teaching Excellence Award recognizes individuals whose efforts represent the very best in agricultural higher education.
