This session will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at noon (PST). Jared Taylor (Academic Integrity Program Manager) will lead the session this week.
We often assume that students already know about the concepts of academic integrity and academic misconduct, but this is often not the case. The Academic Integrity Hub in the Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic has developed the Take Five for Academic Integrity classroom materials to help instructors to introduce, discuss, and promote academic integrity in their courses. In this session, Jared will introduce these materials, as well as other resources available on the new central academic integrity website (academicintegrity.ubc.ca), and will discuss the academic integrity work going on at UBC more broadly.
