Jamovi is a free, open-source statistics application built on the R statistical language. It is similar to statistical software such as Minitab and SPSS.
In this session, Brandon will introduce the software and talk about his experience with developing a Design-of-Experiment (DoE) module in Jamovi for use in an FNH course. The session will focus on the following topics:
- What is Jamovi?
- Why did Brandon choose Jamovi?
- Demonstration of Jamovi with a simple dataset
- DoE module developed for Food Science
